This Refund Policy applies only to the one paid product on this site — the Getting Paid in Nepal — Complete PDF Edition. Every guide, comparison page, and checklist published directly on this website is, and stays, free; there is nothing to refund on the free content because nothing was purchased.
14-day refund
If you buy the Complete PDF Edition and it isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, no questions asked. You don't need to explain why, and you don't need to prove you didn't download or open the file.
How to request a refund
Email sanjayamaharjan.codes@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout (and your order/receipt reference if you have it, to speed things up). We'll confirm the refund and it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Who processes the refund
Purchases and checkout for the Complete PDF Edition are handled by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. Once a refund is approved, Paddle processes the actual payment reversal — the funds return to your original payment method on Paddle's standard processing timeline, which is outside our direct control but is typically handled promptly.
